Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House – MGM Grand

First off, looking for a bit of the Big Easy in Sin City? Check out Chef Emeril Lagasse’s Creole fish house with a Louisiana twist.  Most noteworthy, the menu at Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House includes items such as Louisiana style broiled oysters, crystal fried shrimp po boy, and rabbit sausage and pappardelle pasta. With a casual, seaside-esque atmosphere and decor, you’ll feel right at home in this phenomenal seafood restaurant.

Gordon Ramsay Steak – Paris

Infamous and acclaimed Chef Gordon Ramsay has several restaurants in Las Vegas, all exceptional. So Steak is no different.  The contemporary and casual atmosphere and Union Jack decor make you feel a bit like you’re across the pond.  Therefore menu items include an iced shellfish platter, beef wellington, and a “legendary” sticky toffee pudding.

Fleur – Mandalay Bay

Moreover, Chef Hubert Keller combines traditional French cuisine with flavors from all over the world.  Known for its small plates and international motifs, Fleur is a one of a kind dining experience. The lunch menu offers standard choices, such as burgers, salads, and entrees.  The dinner menu, however, boasts a “taste around the world” with Chef’s choice dishes such as duck terrine (France), kimchi fried rice (Korea), and braised veal shank osso bucco (Italian). They also offer a weekend brunch menu.

Giada – The Cromwell

Celebrity Chef Giada De Laurentiis offers her take on Italian dishes at her namesake restaurant, Giada. You can choose from breakfast, lunch, brunch, or dinner, including a brunch and dinner tasting menu, as well as fantastic desserts.  Additionally, menu items include dishes ranging from the familiar (roasted eggplant parmigiana) to the new (lemon spaghetti, anyone?). Giada also offers an antipasto station.

Lupo by Wolfgang Puck – Mandalay Bay

Finally, Chef Wolfgang Puck’s flagship Italian restaurant, Lupo, is full of ambiance and excitement.  From tableside service with “exhibition pizza, antipasto and dessert stations,”  to a beautiful glass-enclosed wine room, Lupo offers stunning views while you eat. In addition, the menu offers items such as wood fired pizzas, small plates for the table, and house-made, freshly prepared pasta.
