Le Cirque – The Bellagio

Full of fun and flair, this AAA Five Diamond Award rating restaurant is not to be missed. Under the direction of Chef Wilfried Bergerhausen, Le Cirque features over 900 international wines and a five course meal you’ll never forget.  Choose from the degustation menu, the menu prestige, the vegetarian menu, or prix-fixe or pre-theatre menus as well! Featured items such as filet de loup de mer (European seabass) and Le Cirque lobster salad are sure to impress. And don’t forget about the perigord black truffle menu, or dessert.

Eiffel Tower Restaurant – Paris

If you want some kitch with your amazing meal, check out the Eiffel Tower Restaurant.  Sure, you aren’t really in Paris, but you’d never know it at this restaurant, under the direction of Chef J. Joho. From artichoke crepes to Golden Osetra Caviar, Eiffel Tower has the ambiance and flavors to keep you talking about it for years. Additionally, this restaurant is open for brunch, lunch, and dinner, so you can enjoy delicious French food at any time of day!

Joel Robuchon – MGM Grand

More than food, the cuisine at Joel Robuchon is art. Chef Joel Robuchon’s self-named restaurant is a three michelin star dream, with art deco decor on the walls, and on your plate.  They offer dishes such as la langoustine (truffled langoustine ravioli in a foie gras sauce with simmered green cabbage), la crevette rose (rose shrimp in bonito tuna and kombu seaweed broth with ginger), and la betterave (beetroot and apple, shoots of herbs with a green mustard sorbet)

Guy Savoy – Caesars Palace

Guy Savoy is a name known around the world, and for good reason.  His Las Vegas restaurant, named “Best Restaurant in the World” by La Liste, brings Paris right to your doorstep. It boasts famed dishes such as Guy Savoy’s artichoke soup with black truffles, and even features a Caviar Room, where you can choose from a range of caviar dishes. Under the direction of Chef Julien Asseo, you can even request vegan and gluten free dishes, so everyone can find something to love.

La Creperie – Paris

If these restaurants are too $$$$ for your wallet, you don’t have to miss out on spectacular French food.  La Creperie has got you covered, from crepes filled with gruyere, cream brie, and boursin to the epic sweetness of nutella, banana, candied hazelnuts, and caramel sauce.  Additionally, you can pair an ice cream with your dessert… or breakfast. It’s a quick snack or a sit down lunch in the iconic Paris hotel, but what you get in speed and price isn’t lost in quality.
