The flavors at BLVD Creamery run pretty standard (banana cream, caramel sea salt, chocolate, hazelnut, white chocolate, etc.) but the upshot is you can get any gelato sandwiched between a cookie, brownie, OR donut. They also have alcoholic milkshakes, including Irish I Was Famous, with cappuccino and chocolate gelato, Jameson, and whipped cream and caramel sauce, and Pal-O-Mine, Pink grapefruit sorbet, el Jimador, and Cointreau topped with whipped cream and a gummy worm. Holy. Located at 3770 S Las Vegas Blvd.

Be prepared to spend a long time staring at the menu at Cream, because it is massive. Marash Authentic Turkish Ice Cream
Turkish Ice cream, discovered a bit by accident, is sweet, strange, and vaguely stretchy. And also delicious. Try a gourmet taste like banana with roasted pecan, or opt for a more classic vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, or pistachio. You can also get a slice of baklava, as well as a rich, strong Turkish coffee. Located in the Grand Bazaar Shops on The Strip.
Hours: Sun – Wed, 10am – 5am; Thurs – Sat, 10am – 6am
Nielsen’s Frozen Custard
Okay, so it’s not technically ice cream, but it is REAL good. Their milkshakes are called “concretes,” and they’re so thick you have to eat them with a spoon. They have a huge selection of flavors such as oreo almond, captain crunch, pineapple cashew, raspberry cheesecake, and more. Toppings also come in all shapes and sizes, from cereal to brownie bites to butterscotch. You can also get a soda or a float! Located at 9480 S Eastern Ave #100.

Rolled Ice Cream
There’s no subterfuge in the name of this joint. The ice cream is actually rolled. It’s prepared right in front of you with all fresh ingredients, flattened out, then rolled into cute little swirls. They have tons of candy based flavors here, from Recess to Kit Kat to Butterfinger, along with some weird ones like Potato Chip and Cereal n Cream. They also have a variety of fruit concoctions, such as Pineapple Delight, Banana Brownies, and Raspberry White Chocolate. Located at 9484 W Flamingo Rd #165
