Golfing is one of the top things to do in Las Vegas, especially if you want to enjoy the fresh desert air. The Casablanca Golf Club is located just miles away from The Strip in Mesquite. Built in 1996, the course offers breathtaking views. Designed by Cal Olson, the course features rye grass fairways as well as bent grass on the greens. You will love the white sand and the blue lakes, too – until your ball lands in one of them. It has been voted as a top getaway by a number of different reader polls as well.

The Casablanca Golf Club offers a challenge with more than 200 palm trees standing in your way. Five sets of tees allow you to choose the skill level you wish to play at. You won’t see traditional color coding – instead, they are designated by card suit. There are plenty of golf packages and depending on when you visit Las Vegas, you might also find a tournament offered. Singles are not permitted on the course, neither are groups of five. If you’re looking for others to join you, simply let the pro shop know.
