This Pride, celebrate at one of Las Vegas’ hottest LGBTQIA+ clubs! From more relaxed bars to party central, there’s great fun to be had all around. Or if drinking’s not your scene, check out the PRIDE march on June 11th!
They say never judge a book by its cover, or in this case, a gay bar by its exterior. Piranha looks normal, but the inside is lavish and the beat pounding. With a second story overlooking a huge dance floor, an outdoor patio, and lounge space galore, you’ll feel like a king. Or queen. Or Queen. Open 24 hours.
FreeZone has been around forever, and is largely a spot for locals to kick back, relax, and dance the night away. Complete with dance floor, lounge, and a stage for drag shows, FreeZone has cheap drinks and tons of fun. You’re guaranteed to have a story to tell. Open 24 hours.
The only LGBTQIA+ bar downtown, Bastille has been recently remodeled with a great new look. It has great specials and a wicked awesome happy hour, and it’s hugely popular with both locals and tourists. Whether you’re checking out the Freemont Experience or touring the Arts District, make sure you make Bastille part of your plans!
Good Times Bar and Nightclub is a local spot for a night of fun, drinks, and dancing. It’s got Latin dance nights, along with goth-themed nights, too. You’ll also find gaming and pool tables, and a fairly relaxed atmosphere. It’s not party central, but it’s a great place to kick back and hang out.
If you’re in town on June 11th, 2017, don’t miss the Equality March for Unity and Pride. It starts at 7am at the Clark County Government Center Amphitheater (500 S Grand Central Pkwy, Las Vegas, Nevada 89106), and festivities go until 9pm. The event is presented by Las Vegas PRIDE and the HRC, and sponsored by County Commissioners Marilyn Kirkpatrick and Chris Chris Giunchigliani. Don’t miss out!
