Fator is a puppeteer, in addition to his duties as a celebrity impressionist. While his face will not move very much throughout the duration of the show, his hands always remain in motion, as he brings his cast of delightful puppet co-stars to life.
Each puppet has its own musical style and hilarious personality, as Fator’s show merges the fun of stand up with the joys of a concert performance. You’ll meet Winston, a turtle who loves impersonation, as well as other rascals like Walter.
Maynard Thompkins makes an appearance and shows audiences why he is thought to be the greatest Elvis impersonator in the world. Emma Taylor is well known for being the little girl who possesses a huge voice and annoying neighbor Duggie Scott Walker will make you laugh and groan in equal measure.
Soul singer Julius and lounge singer Monty Carlo add a musical element to the proceedings. Don’t forget about Hyphen (a delusional British rocker) or Barry Fabulous, a super flamboyant rap diva.
Safety expert Wrex and Vikki the cougar round out the crew and when these puppets are not in the middle of a song, they are providing Fator and his audience with razor sharp wit. Be sure to pay attention throughout the show, so that you do not miss out on anything remarkable.
Fator’s vocal range is a true marvel, as he can belt out Etta James and Garth Brooks songs with equal proficiency. Your appreciation for his incredible talent will run even deeper when you see him performing both sides of classic duets.
“I Got You Babe” and “What A Wonderful World” both receive the Fator treatment and Kermit the Frog is along for the ride. With his range of musical stylings, Fator will have you spellbound, especially when you stop to consider the fact that his mouth is never open more than half an inch during each performance unless he needs to take a breath or he wants to sing a song in his own persona.
Calling Terry Fator a puppet master is selling him short and shows a lack of appreciation for his immense talents. However, calling the Strip’s number one singer who does not open his mouth during his performance over half an inch, while offering endless comedy and utilizing puppets just might be the more accurate take.
If only that would all fit on a billboard, then Fator would really have something. This multi talented performer first received his big break in 2007 by winning the top prize on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent.”
He received $1 million, in addition to a Las Vegas gig for his troubles. After a headlining stint at the Las Vegas Hilton, he would later move to the Mirage. Since 2008, hundreds of thousands of Las Vegas visitors have made their way to Fator’s show and it is time for you to find out what all of the fuss is about for yourself.Book Now
