Where to Find Unique and Delicious Waffles in Las Vegas

Sometimes you get a hankering for something no other food will satisfy.  And if that hankering is waffles, we’ve got you covered, with 8 restaurants in Las Vegas that serve diverse, delicious waffles.

Waffles for Everyone

Tiabi

Tiabi is a great option for vegans, as they offer a variety of vegan-friendly waffles and sandwiches! Try a Viva Las Elvas with bananas, peanut butter, chopped bacon, and honey, or a Wafflewich with Tomato, arugula, avocado, and TIABI sauce (with or without cheese or “cheese”). They have a wide variety of waffles and wafflewiches, as well as delicious coffee and tea drinks.

Waffles Cafe

Waffles Cafe is a Las Vegas staple.  Far off the beaten path of The Strip, this cafe is no frills – food is served on paper plates, with plastic utensils, and little seating room. If you’re looking for a long, fancy, sit down brunch, this ain’t it.  But if you’re looking for delicious, home-cooked chicken and waffles, or a fruit waffle with strawberries, mango, and powdered sugar? No frills, just good food and kind service? This is the place for you.

Hash House A Go Go

At Hash House A Go Go, go get your waffles flavored.  Bacon waffle.  Sausage waffle.  Vanilla waffle.  You can even get a granola waffle! If that doesn’t sound like enough food, go for The Big O Sage Fried Chicken and Waffle Tower – two pieces of sage fried chicken, smoked bacon waffle, fried leeks, 2 eggs, and a hot maple reduction.

On The Strip

Bouchon

There are only two option for waffles at Bouchon, but they’re mouth-watering.  For a savory bite, try the Poulet et des Gaufres – or chicken and waffles.  But not your ordinary chicken and waffles, no.  These come with roasted chicken and a bacon-chive waffle, and Crown maple syrup and sauce.  Or, if you’re feeling sweet, try the Chasseur Gaufres au Levain – sourdough waffle with seasonal berries, chantilly cream, and Crown maple syrup.

Bruxie

Bruxie boasts “The Original Fried Chicken & Waffle Sandwich” – and they have varieties to boot.  Choose from a classic C&W, or spice it up with the Nashville Hot.  If you’re really hungry, go for the Holy Chicken! – maple glazed chicken, applewood smoked bacon, a sunny side up egg, cheddar cheese, and sriracha. They also have other waffle sandwiches, like the roasted mushroom and goat cheese with sun dried tomatoes, and sides like angry mac and cheese.

Waffle Bar

Don’t let this small stand on The Strip fool you. Waffle Bar’s ingredients are top notch – imported from Belgium – and they use a traditional Liege waffle iron for an amazing crunch.  They have sweet, savory, and pizza waffles packed with fillings, like the berry delight with whipped cream and powdered sugar, or the Burger Waffle served with cheese, lettuce, and tomato. It’s not quick (it can take up to 15 minutes for your waffle) but it is worth it.

Cafe Bellagio

The Cafe Bellagio only has 2 options, but they’re a doozy.  Well, one is.  The first is your traditional waffle with maple syrup and powdered sugar.  The second is a tempting Bananas Foster Waffle, with sliced bananas simmered in rum and brown sugar.

Giada

The best options for waffles at Giada’s are at Brunch. Try an Italian take on Chicken and Waffles, with a polenta waffle, parmesan, and cacciatore spiced chicken and sauce.  Or for something totally different, try the Sunrise Polenta Waffle with pancetta, chives, maple syrup, bechamel, and 2 eggs.  Or, for a sweet dish, go for the Strawberry Polenta Waffle with strawberries, grilled pineapple, and nutella.
